For the Bowls
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice white, brown, jasmine, or quinoa
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce any leafy green can work
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers can replace with bell peppers or zucchini
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots can substitute with radishes
  • to taste Salt and Pepper for seasoning
  • for frying oil Oil use vegetable or neutral oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Let sit.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko.
