Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine finely chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet (12-15 meatballs).
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  5. Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and optional garlic in a blender until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  6. Serve meatballs warm with creamy avocado sauce, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
