Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add room-temperature egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the mixture and mix on low speed.
  4. Fold in baking powder, salt, and flour until just combined.
  5. Fill each greased muffin tin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the donut holes in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Dunk each donut hole in melted butter and roll in powdered sugar until fully coated.
