  • 1 (8-oz.) block Greek feta Greek or French feta is recommended.
  • 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil Can be substituted with other oils.
  • Freshly ground black pepper Omit for a milder taste.
For Serving
  • Crostini Can also be replaced with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved strawberries, fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Gently toss until coated.
  3. Place the block of Greek feta in the center of your prepared baking dish. Surround it with the berry mixture. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta turns golden and the berries begin bubbling.
  5. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle black pepper before serving with crostini.
