  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil can substitute avocado or canola oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Capers optional, can substitute with olives or omit

Method
 

Preparation Steps

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, chopped dill or parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and capers until smooth.
  4. Generously coat the salmon fillets with the prepared glaze.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
