Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the chicken by snapping off the ends of the drumsticks and rubbing with smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Allow them to rest.
  2. Wrap each drumstick tightly with two strips of bacon, covering completely. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 35 minutes until bacon is golden and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from oven and brush with barbecue sauce. Broil for an additional 5 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Let rest a few minutes before serving warm, alongside dipping sauces like ranch or BBQ sauce.
