Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the focaccia pizza dough according to instructions and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with olive oil, stretch dough into the pan, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Drain and chop.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking.
  5. Combine mozzarella and fontina cheeses, setting aside half for topping. Prepare jalapeños and pepperoni.
  6. Press indentations into the risen dough, spread pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle half the cheese, then layer on toppings, finishing with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake pizza at 400°F for 9 minutes, lower to 375°F (190°C), and bake for an additional 9–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, drizzle hot honey, add red pepper flakes if desired, slice and serve.
