Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the center-cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Drizzle the salmon pieces with olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently toss until well-coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket without touching each other. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until they flake easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, combine Greek yogurt, Thai-style sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a separate bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it with rice, edamame, and diced avocado. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with cucumber, green onions, and cilantro.
