Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil until it shimmers, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season 1 pound of salmon fillets with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. Sear skin-side up for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove salmon from the skillet. In the same skillet, add ½ cup of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Whisk until well combined.
- Increase heat to high and stir the glaze for 30-60 seconds until it thickens slightly.
- Return the cooked salmon to the skillet, gently swirling in the thickened glaze for a beautiful coating. Simmer for an additional minute.
- Plate your Orange Glazed Salmon while warm, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
For best results, keep the salmon sealed in the fridge to prevent odors from other foods. Consider tossing in seasonal veggies for added nutrition.
